The place is conveniently located near Malco Hollywood Cinema and the staff are extremely friendly and competent in their roles.

I booked my reservation through Booked.net, but when I got to the hotel they did not have my reservation:-( I panicked at first because I was in an unfamiliar town and already had trouble finding a hotel in the beginning because there was a college football game,so when the hotel clerk said they didn't have my reservation it scared me. Luckily they found me a room. I will not book through your agency again, because the hotel informed me that sometimes they don't get reservations that have been faxed.

Hotel was great and the room was beautiful. We got a room with a tub. The rate was US$ 47. The location couldn't be more perfect to a convenience store. Moreover, it's close enough to restaurants and Jonesboro, Ar.

Their staff were disgusting.

The room had double full beds. Tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge were provided. The venue was centrally located near restaurants, Jonesboro, and entertainment center. The service we received was courteous.

The Bed was not as comfortable as expected, mattress / box spring at or near end of life.

This was the smellest hotel I hane ever stayed in and if the conference hoterl ha d a cancellation I would have gladly moved

Convenient Location 📍

The location here is pretty convenient; you'll be close to an entertainment center, restaurants, and the Plugged-In attraction is only 2 miles away. It's easy to get around and explore the area from this place!

Good locatiom

We had the first night the jacuzzi tub. It was not worth the money the whirlpool jets were lame no pressure behind them. No refrigerator or microwave in room tv reception was poor to fair. Stayed the next two days in a different room at half th price. Better tv reception had a micro wave and refrigerator but was informed by staff they were out of coffee and towels.

Receptionist, Sarah, was exceptionally courteous. Booked.net reservation had not shown up on their computer, nor fax machine. She could not accommodate us w/the room requested, so gave us a suite at the same rate. Also accepted military rate which made it more economical.

Only thing was that the juice machine was out of order for breakfast.

The room was wonderful and beautiful with a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa. The location was great and absolutely perfect, as the hotel is based off the main road. There was a good restaurant, convenience stores, and stores next door.

Rooms were nice. Set up kinda odd though. Everyone was very friendly and tried to assist in any way possible. The price was reasonable.

The breakfast was lousy. Stale bread and the waffle maker did not work well. Would have gotten better food at McDonalds.

Hotel was dirty. Linens were old and blankets had cigarette burns through them. Lobby smelled of diesel fuel and cigarette smoke.

The hotel was clean. The staff were really helpful and amicable. Our room was decent sized and nicely furnished. It had a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a sitting area. Private bathroom with all essentials.

The price was good and service was quick and easy. Also liked the fact availablity of cart to take things to room. The room was clean and everything worked.

The Baymont wasn't at all crowded and it was relatively quiet. It was nice being able to relax without a ton of commotion going on in the hallways.

The second day at the Baymont, my companion and I left the room for several hours and when we returned, no one had tended to our room (bringing clean towels, etc.) Other than that, no complaints at all.
